مقایسه کارآیی تعرق و محتوی آب نسبی در هشت رقم یونجه در شرایط تنش ملایم خشکی

چکیده

هشت رقم یونجه از لحاظ کارآیی تعرق و محتوی آب نسبی، به‌عنوان شاخص‌های مقاومت به خشکی، در آزمایشی گلدانی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در گلخانه مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. میان ارقام مختلف یونجه از لحاظ مقدار مصرف آب و ماده خشک (علوفه) تولید شده در مراحل مختلف رشد و در هر دوره برداشت اختلافهای معنی‌داری وجود داشت. واریته‌های همدانی و دیابلوورده بیشترین و یزدی و سکوئل کمترین کارآیی تعرق را داشتند، اگر چه در مجموع اختلافهای میان آنها با احتمال بیش از 95% معنی‌دار نبود. روند تغییرات محتوی نسبی آب برگ با کاهش رطوبت خاک در این دو گروه نشان داد که واریته‌های با کارآیی تعرق بالا در مقادیر کمتر رطوبت خاک، محتوی نسبی آب بالاتری دارند. ممکن است بالاتر بودن کارآیی تعرق ناشی از توانایی حفظ آب در شرایط خشک در بافتهای برگی یا حفظ محتوی نسبی آب برگ در حد زیاد باشد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده می‌توان گفت که ارقام همدانی و دیابلوورده به دلیل کارآیی تعرق زیادتر در شرایط تنش ملایم و حفظ محتوی آب نسبی زیاد برگ می‌توانند برای کشت در مناطق خشک و در شرایط بروز خشکی تدریجی مناسب باشند.
