Means comparison by year showed that mutant genotypes were superior for leaf/stem ratio and dry matter yield after established in the second year. Results showed that general combing ability (GCA) was lower in mutant genotypes for most of the traits. However, for several traits such as leaf to stem ratio the parameter was higher in mutant families. Cluster analysis based on general combining ability grouped mutant and non-mutant families separately in three clusters. Based on important traits, a number of mutant (8, 10, 12, 20, 25, 26 and 36) and non-mutant genotypes (7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12) were selected as best parents for synthetic variety development. Mutation changed relationships between several characters. For example correlation of dry forage yield with number of inflorescence was negative in non-mutant while positive in mutant families. Correlation of leaf percentage with number of stem per plant was positive in mutant but negative in non-mutant families. Factor analysis also showed that mutant families with fewer factors explained greater variance than non-mutant families, indicating that mutation induction and selection can change combining ability and relationships of traits and factors affecting the relations.}, keywords = {Sainfoin,General combining ability,mutation,Correlation,forage yield}, title_fa = {تأثیر القای موتاسیون بر قابلیت ترکیب‌‌پذیری عمومی و روابط صفات در اسپرس (Onobrychis viciifolia Scop)}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثر القای موتاسیون توسط موتاژن شیمیایی اتیل متان سولفونات بر قابلیت ترکیب‌‌پذیری عمومی و روابط صفات در اسپرس، تعداد 40 ژنوتیپ موتانت نسل سوم به همراه 39 ژنوتیپ غیرموتانت از نظر خصوصیات مورفولوژیک و زراعی به مدت دو سال تحت شرایط مزرعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مقایسه میانگین به تفکیک سالها نشان داد که فامیلهای موتانت در سال دوم پس از استقرار کامل از عملکرد علوفه خشک و نسبت برگ به ساقه بیشتری نسبت به فامیلهای غیرموتانت برخوردار بودند. نتایج قابلیت ترکیب‌‌پذیری عمومی صفات نشان داد که موتاسیون مقادیر و دامنه قابلیت ترکیب‌‌پذیری عمومی، بیشتر خصوصیات را کاهش داد، در حالی که این شاخص برای برخی صفات نظیر نسبت برگ به ساقه افزایش یافت. تجزیه خوشه‌ای روی مقادیر ترکیبپذیری عمومی در هر یک از جوامع موتانت و غیرموتانت منجر به 3 گروه مجزا گردید. براساس خصوصیات مهم برخی ژنوتیپهای موتانت (شماره‌‌های 8، 10، 12، 20، 25، 26 و 36) و غیر موتانت (شماره‌‌های 7، 8، 9، 10، 11 و12) برای توسعه واریته ترکیبی معرفی شدند. القاء موتاسیون رابطه بین برخی خصوصیات را تغییر داد. به‌عنوان مثال همبستگی عملکرد علوفه خشک با تعداد شاخه فرعی در غیرموتانتها منفی بود، در حالی که این همبستگی در موتانتها مثبت بود. همبستگی درصد برگ با تعداد ساقه در بوته در موتانتها مثبت ولی در غیرموتانتها منفی بود. مقایسه تجزیه عاملها در دو جامعه نیز نشان داد که فامیلهای موتانت توانستند با تعداد عامل کمتری واریانس بیشتری را نسبت به فامیلهای غیرموتانت توجیه کنند. نتایج نشان داد که اگرچه جامعه موتانت و غیرموتانت مورد مطالعه منشأ یکسانی داشته‌‌اند اما القاء جهش و انتخاب طی چند نسل توانسته است بر توان ترکیب‌‌پذیری و تا حدودی بر روابط بین صفات و عوامل پنهانی مؤثر بر آنها تأثیر‌گذار باشد.}, keywords_fa = {اسپرس,ترکیب‌‌پذیری عمومی,موتاسیون,همبستگی,عملکرد علوفه}, url = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_7945.html}, eprint = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_7945_92acc6eedfbd1d2e435612170ef60312.pdf} }
