Three moisture regimes as levels of the first factor were full irrigation, irrigation until booting stage and irrigation until 50% heading, and 8 different populations of A.triuncialis considered as levels of the second factor. Components of chlorophyll fluorescence (FM, FV/FM) and number of stomata decreased with increasing severity of drought stress. There was a marked decrease in leaf chlorophyll and carotenoid content under drought stress condition particularly at booting stage. Drought stress also reduced 26% of leaf relative water content at both levels of stresses, as compared with non-stress conditions. Stomatal conductance decreased 46% and 55% in drought stress at booting and heading stages, respectively, but proline content increased. Under drought stress at heading stage, Hurand, Maku and Marand populations in terms of leaf relative water content were relatively superior to other populations and these populations could be considered as drought tolerant populations for future research.}, keywords = {Aegilops,Drought Stress,Fluorescence chlorophyll,Proline,relative water content,Stomata number}, title_fa = {ارزیابی برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی در جمعیت‌هایی از Aegilops triuncialis تحت تنش خشکی}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور ارزیابی فیزیولوژیکی تحمل به تنش خشکی درجمعیت‌هایی از گونه Aegilops triuncialis، آزمایشی در شرایط گلخانه به‎صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1390 اجرا شد. سه رژیم آبیاری به‎صورت آبیاری کامل، آبیاری تا مرحله تورم سنبله و آبیاری تا مرحله 50 درصد ظهور سنبله به‎عنوان سطوح عامل اول و هشت جمعیت مختلف از A. triuncialis به‎عنوان سطوح عامل دوم در نظر گرفته شدند. مؤلفه‌های فلورسانس کلروفیل (FM، (FV/FM و تعداد روزنه با افزایش تنش خشکی کاهش یافت. کاهش قابل ملاحظه‌ای در محتوای کلروفیل و میزان کارتنوئید برگ در شرایط تنش خشکی به‎ویژه در تنش مرحله تورم سنبله مشاهده شد. همچنین وقوع تنش خشکی موجب کاهش 26 درصدی در محتوای نسبی آب برگ نسبت به‎ شرایط بدون تنش گردید. میزان هدایت روزنه‌ای نیز در تنش مرحله تورم سنبله 46 درصد و در مرحله 50 درصد ظهور سنبله 55 درصد کاهش یافته، اما میزان پرولین افزایش پیدا کرد. در شرایط کم آبی در مرحله ظهور سنبله، جمعیت‌های هوراند، مرند و ماکو از نظر محتوی نسبی آب برگ نسبت به‎ سایر جمعیت‌ها برتری نسبی داشتند و می‌توان آنها را به‎عنوان جمعیت‌های متحمل به‎ تنش خشکی برای مطالعات بعدی معرفی نمود.}, keywords_fa = {آژیلوپس,پرولین,تعداد روزنه,تنش خشکی,فلورسانس کلروفیل,محتوای آب نسبی برگ}, url = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_7670.html}, eprint = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_7670_448b9edcad44bdb95d129fb0c1550ac7.pdf} }
