Iran's weather is dry, then A. scoparia is suitable for reforestation in the country. A. scoparia produces bitter seeds normally but one sweet Amygdalus stand was found among the bitter Amygdalus accessions in Naein province. Due to economical importance of Amygdalus sweet seeds and for preservation of genetic resources in natural stands, this research compared the morphological, biochemical and variation of the sweet and bitter accessions. Morphological characters such as leaf length and width shoot and petiole length, seed and kernel weight were compared. Biochemical analysis of seed extracts, in comparison with standard sample, determined their amygdaline quantities. Protein profiles of seed storage extracts were compared using SDS-PAGE techniques. Results revealed that means of shoot length, leaf length and width, seed diameter and kernel weight for sweet genotype were less than those of bitter ones, but petiole length of sweet stand was longer than that of bitter. Leaf width in sweet stand was the same as that of bitter ones. Quantity of amygdaline in sweet sample was less than that of bitter ones. Due to differences observed between the protein profiles on the genotypes, this method seems to be suitable for genetic variation evaluation of A.scoparia population.}, keywords = {Amygdalus scoparia L,Morphological,biochemical,Variation,Seed storage protein}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی در تعدادی از ژنوتیپ‌‌های بادام کوهی (Amygdalus scoparia.L) با بررسی صفات ریختی، بیوشیمیایی و پروتئین‌های ذخیره‌ای بذر}, abstract_fa = {گونه بادام کوهیscoparia L.)  Amygdalus ) به‌عنوان یکی از گونه‌های مهم دارویی و تجاری از خانواده گل سرخ و مقاوم به خشکی و گرماست. با توجه به اینکه کشور ما دارای آب و هوای خشک بوده، توسعه کشت و کار گونه‌های مختلف بادام در مناطق مناسب ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. گونه بادام کوهی به طور طبیعی بذر تلخ تولید می‌کند و تاکنون بذر تنها یک پایه از این گونه در شهرستان نائین، شیرین گزارش شده است و با توجه به اهمیت شیرین بودن بذر این گونه از نظر اقتصادی و نیز به‌منظور حفظ ذخایر ژنتیکی در عرصه‌های طبیعی، در این تحقیق ژنوتیپ‌هایی از این گونه با بذر تلخ و شیرین و براساس خصوصیات ریختی و ترکیبات شیمیایی مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. صفات ریختی نظیر طول و عرض برگ، طول شاخه و دمبرگ، وزن بذر و مغز ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف اندازه‌گیری و مقایسه شدند. تجزیه شیمیایی عصاره‌ و مقایسه آن با استاندارد، برای تعیین میزان آمیگدالین آنها انجام شد. استخراج پروتئین‌های ذخیره‌ای بذر دو پایه (با بذر شیرین و تلخ) نیز با استفاده از تکنیک SDS-PAGE، پروفیل ژنوتیپ‌هایی از این گونه را مشخص نمود. از نظر صفات ریختی، نتایج نمایانگر آن بود که میانگین طول شاخه، طول و عرض برگ، قطر و وزن بذر در مورد پایه شیرین کمتر از پایه تلخ بود ولی میانگین طول دمبرگ در مورد پایه شیرین بیشتر از پایه تلخ و در مورد عرض برگ در هر دو ژنوتیپ مقادیر، با هم مساوی بودند. نتایج بررسی‌های شیمیایی عصاره بذر نیز نمایانگر میزان کمتر آمیگدالین در ژنوتیپ شیرین نسبت به تلخ بود. نتایج حاصل از پروفیل پروتئینی، تفاوت‌هایی را بین دو پایه مشخص نمود و نشان داد که با استفاده از این روش می‌توان برای مطالعه تنوع ژنتیکی ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف این گونه استفاده نمود.}, keywords_fa = {بادام کوهی,ریختی,بیوشیمیایی,تنوع,پروتئین ذخیره‌ای بذر}, url = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_7666.html}, eprint = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_7666_19ea991da2c7a98fadcb813d26f20fbe.pdf} }
