Seed shattering is a major constrain for grain yield loss for growers of the species. The objectives of the research were to study genetic diversity and introduce factors affecting seed shattering for detecting seed shattering resistant plant populations. The experiment was conducted on eight populations at experimental field of Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Center of Khorasan Razavi, Iran, during 2006 and 2007. The measurements were done on seed maturity and shattering at seed setting stage by 10-days intervals for five times and the spike characteristics, including length, weight, internode length, and thickness of the rachilla, number of floret, seed length and width, and 1000 seed weight. Results showed that seeds were fully matured by late June and seed shading started after June from top of inflorescence to bottom from late June for sensitive populations to mid-September for seed shattering resistant types. There was genetic variation for shattering resistance with low frequency within the populations. Therefore, populations were divided into two groups including seed shattering and non-shattering by t-test (P<0.01). Also, comparison of the spike characteristics revealed that the most important reducing factors of seed shattering were spike weight, spike length, their ratio, seed weight on spike, and spike internodes length with increments of 75, 19, 31, 31, and 5.1%, respectively, comparing to the seed shattering populations. The results suggest that seed shattering in mountain ray was influenced by genetic factors and native seed shattering resistant populations can be found in the country.}, keywords = {Mountain Rye (Secale montanum Guss.),Seed shattering,Spike morphology}, title_fa = {بررسی خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی سنبله و علل ریزش بذر در چاودار کوهی}, abstract_fa = {چاودارکوهی(Guss. montanum Secale) یکی از گراسهای پایا می‌باشد که برای ایجاد چراگاه و تولید علوفه در مراتع با متوسط بارندگی 300 میلی‌متر و بیشتر توصیه شده است. یکی از مشکلات عمده این گونه در ایستگاه‌های تولید بذر، ریزش بذر بوده که به کاهش عملکرد دانه منجر می‌شود. به منظور مطالعه تنوع و معرفی بهترین توده‌های متحمل به ریزش بذر و تعیین مهمترین عوامل مؤثر در ریزش بذر و مناسب‌ترین زمان برداشت بذر تحقیقی در سالهای 86-1385 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خراسان رضوی روی 8 توده مختلف چاودارکوهی اجرا شد. صفات طول و وزن سنبله، فاصله میانگره و قطر محور سنبله، تعداد سنبلچه و بذر در سنبله و طول، عرض و وزن هزاردانه و بررسی زمان تشکیل بذر، رسیدن بذر و ریزش بذر طی 5 نوبت به فاصله هر 10 روز انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بذر توده‌های مختلف چاودارکوهی در اواخر خرداد کاملاً سخت شده و از اوایل تیرماه در توده‌های حساس، با شکستن محور سنبله از بالا به پائین سنبله، بذرها شروع به ریزش کرد. بر این اساس توده‌ها به دو تیپ حساس و مقاوم تقسیم شده، هرچندکه تنوع درون توده‌ای نیز مشاهده شد. مقایسه مورفولوژی سنبله این دو تیپ با استفاده از آزمون t نشان داد (01/0> p) که در تیپ مقاوم مهمترین عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد تحمل به ریزش بذر شامل وزن سنبله، طول سنبله، نسبت وزن سنبله به طول آن، درشتی بذر و فاصله میانگره بوده که به‌ترتیب 75 ، 19، 31 ، 31 و 1/5 درصد نسبت به تیپ حساس افزایش بیشتری داشتند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که تحمل به ریزش بذر در چاودار کوهی می‌تواند منشأ ژنتیکی داشته باشد و این خصوصیت در توده‌های بومی ایران یافت می‌شود. }, keywords_fa = {چاودارکوهی,(montanum (Secale,ریزش بذر,مورفولوژی سنبله}, url = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_6633.html}, eprint = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_6633_614d5f9f6fac3bf4927ece96a2634101.pdf} }
