Seeds of 60 mother trees of brant’s oak were collected from different latitude and altitude of Zagros forests and sown in a research field of Yasuj, located on the south of Zagross. After two years, several morpho-physiological traits such as efficiency of photosystem II, leaf area and weight, specific leaf area and relative water content of seedlings were measured. Different genetic parameters including heritability, genetic and phenotypic coefficient variation of overall and each provenance were separately calculated. Results showed that the effect of provenances and mother trees were significant for some traits such as efficiency of photosystem II, area and weight of leaf and relative water content. Also these traits had high heritability ranged from 0.8 to 1, whereas in case of specific leaf area, the amount of heritability was zero. The efficiency of photosystem II had also highest amount of genetic and phenotypic coefficient variation (75.8% and 0.8). The amount of heritability was different in each provenance for all measured traits except for relative water content. It was not appropriate to use a single trait in early selection for different provenances in Zagros forests. However, measurement of several morpho-physiological traits such as leaf area, leaf dry and wet weight can help us to select the progenies of the species with higher growth and survival rates in Zagros region.}, keywords = {reforestation,Zagros,Morpho-physiological traits,heritability}, title_fa = {ارزیابی تغییرات ژنتیکی در برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی در بلوط ایرانی (.Quercus brantii Lindl)}, abstract_fa = {تنوع ژنتیکی صفات کمی عامل اصلی بروز اثر متقابل بین جمعیتهای طبیعی و محیطشان می‌باشد که می‌توان با مطالعه آن برنامه‌های اصلاحی گونه‌های مختلف را با موفقیت بیشتر انجام داد. در این تحقیق، بذرهای 60 درخت مادری گونه بلوط ایرانی از عرضها و ارتفاعات مختلف جنگلهای زاگرس جمعآوری و در عرصه تحقیقاتی یاسوج کاشته شدند. سپس برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک مانند عملکرد فتوسیستم II، سطح و وزن برگ، سطح مخصوص برگ و محتوایآبنسبی بر روی نهالهای دوساله آنها اندازهگیری شد. پارامترهای مختلف ژنتیکی مانند وراثتپذیری، ضریب تغییرات ژنتیکی و فنوتیپی و درصد واریانس در سطح کل پروونانسها و نیز در هر پروونانس به صورت جداگانه محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که صفاتی مانند عملکرد فتوسیستم II، سطح و وزن برگ و محتوای آب نسبی در سطح پروونانس و درخت مادری اختلاف معنیدار با یکدیگر داشتند و نیز وراثت‌پذیری آنها بالا و بین 8/0 تا 1 بود. اما سطح مخصوص برگ دارای وراثتپذیری صفر بود. همچنین بیشترین ضریب تغییرات فنوتیپی و ژنتیکی مربوط به عملکرد فتوسیستم II با میزان 8/75 درصد و 8/0 بود. بررسی وراثتپذیری هر یک از صفات در سطح پروونانس نشان داد که وراثتپذیری کلیه صفات اندازهگیری شده بجز محتوای آب نسبی در پروونانسهای مختلف متفاوت است و نمیتوان از یک صفت خاص برای گزینش زود هنگام در پروونانسهای مختلف جنگل‌های زاگرس استفاده نمود. اما اندازهگیری همزمان سطح، وزن خشک و وزن اشباع برگ می‌تواند به ما در گزینش برای داشتن نتاجی با رویش و زندهمانی بالاتر در سطح زاگرس کمک نماید}, keywords_fa = {احیاء,زاگرس,صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک,وراثت¬پذیری}, url = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_3097.html}, eprint = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_3097_1827c3094d7651a059a0099fe2fca7bd.pdf} }
