The first factor included 4 levels of drought stress and the second factor included 8 accessions of perennial Trigonella. Root and shoot length, root and shoot dry weight and the ratio of height and weight of root and shoot were studied. The related diagrams were drawn and dendrogram resulted from cluster analysis with principal component. Accessions showed significant differences for root and shoot length and root dry weight at of 1% and for shoot dry weight, the ratio of root to shoot, the ratio of root dry weight to shoot and converse at 5% but they didn’t show any significant difference for ratio of shoot length to root. Effects of drought treatments on shoot length, root and shoot dry weight were significant at 1% and on ratio of root to shoot and converse and shoot dry weight to root was significant at 5%.The interaction of drought treatments and accessions on shoot dry weight, root dry weight and ratio of shoot dry weight to root were significant at 5%. Also, root length and the ratio of root length to shoot was the most in 7271 (T. elliptica, Kohkilooyeh and Boyrahmad) and root dry weight was the most in 5310 (T. elliptica, shoorjestan-Fars). The least root length belonged to 103 (T. tehranica,Velayat rood), 120 (T. tehranica, unknown place) and 460 (T.elliptica, Zanjon). Also, the least of the root length to shoot ratio were observed in to 460, 120, 103 and 162 (T. elliptica, Hosseinabad- Fars). In general, the highest tolerance were obtained in 7271 and 5310 and these accessions showed the most resistance.}, keywords = {perennial Trigonella,Drought Stress}, title_fa = {بررسی تحمل به خشکی در جمعیتهای مختلف شنبلیله‌های چندساله}, abstract_fa = {به منظور تعیین واکنش 8 جمعیت شنبلیله‌ چندساله به تنش خشکی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی به صورت فاکتوریل با 3 تکرار انجام شد. فاکتور اول شامل 4 سطح تنش خشکی و فاکتور دوم، 8 جمعیت شنبلیله چندساله بود. فاکتورهای مورد اندازه‌گیری شامل طول ریشه و ساقه، وزن خشک ریشه و ساقه، نسبت طول و وزن اندام‌ هوایی به ریشه و نسبت طول و وزن ریشه به اندام‌ هوایی بود. اختلاف معنی‌داری میان جمعیتها برای صفات طول ریشه و ساقه و وزن خشک ریشه در سطح 1% و در مورد صفات وزن خشک ساقه، نسبت طول ریشه به اندام هوایی و نسبت وزن خشک ریشه به اندام هوایی و برعکس در سطح 5% مشاهده شد. اما از نظر نسبت طول ساقه به طول ریشه اختلاف معنی‌داری میان جمعیتها وجود نداشت. تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف خشکی بر صفات طول ساقه، وزن خشک ریشه و وزن خشک ساقه دارای اختلاف در سطح 1% و بر نسبت طول ریشه به طول ساقه و بر عکس و نسبت وزن خشک ساقه به ریشه این اختلاف در سطح 5% معنی دار بود. اثر متقابل میان تیمارهای خشکی و جمعیتهای شنبلیله بر وزن خشک اندام هوایی، وزن خشک ریشه ونسبت وزن خشک ساقه به ریشه دارای اختلافی معنی‌داری در سطح 5% بود. در بررسیهای انجام گرفته طول ریشه و نسبت طول ریشه به ساقه در جمعیت 7271 (Trigonell elliptica، کهگیلویه و بویراحمد) و وزن خشک ریشه در جمعیت 5310 (T. elliptica، شورجستان فارس) بیشترین مقدار را به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین کمترین طول ریشه مربوط به جمعیتهای 103 (T. tehranica، ولایت‌رود)، 120 (T. tehranica) و 460 (T. elliptica، زنجان) و کمترین نسبت طول ریشه به ساقه به جمعیتهای 460، 120، 103 و 162 (T. elliptica، حسین آباد فارس) اختصاص داشت. به طور‌‌کلی جمعیتهای 7271 و 5310 بیشترین مقاومت را از خود نشان داده و به عنوان متحمل‌ترین جمعیتها به خشکی معرفی می‌شوند.}, keywords_fa = {شنبلیله چندساله,تنش خشکی}, url = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_115175.html}, eprint = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_115175_12715d8340dc9deb0d755f877202ad4f.pdf} }
