Then, 16 quantitative and qualitative leaf and fruit morphologic traits were recorded. Analysis of variance showed that among the studied parameters, lamina length, petiole length, lamina width at 0.1 and 0.9 of leaf lengths, maximum width of lamina, relative length of petiole, leaf shape, small and large diameter of fruit showed significant differences among the populations. Results of principal components analysis showed traits such as maximum width of lamina, lamina length, leaf dry weight, leaf tip angle, and leaf specific surface, played the most important role in grouping the genotypes and populations. In addition, leaf tip angle, leaf dry weight, and leaf surface had the highest coefficient of variation. Results of discriminate analysis showed that effective traits in isolation of the populations including leaf shape and fruit large diameter. Finally, leaf base shape, and large diameter of fruit remained unchanged resisting environmental changes (less variability) can be used as good traits to identify and separate genotypes of wild pear.  }, keywords = {morphological traits,multivariate analysis,wild pear,Zagros forests}, title_fa = {ارزیابی تنوع مورفولوژیکی برگ و میوه جمعیت‌های طبیعی گلابی وحشی (Pyrus glabra Boiss.) در جنگل‌های زاگرس جنوبی}, abstract_fa = {به‎منظور بررسی تنوع مورفولوژیکی برگ و میوه جمعیت‌های مختلف گلابی وحشی (Pyrus glabra)، نمونه‌های برگ و میوه تعداد 48 پایه از چهار جمعیت از این گونه در ارتفاع 2150 متر از سطح دریا (تنگ‌سرخ)، 2250 متر (وزگ)،2450 متر (گرگو) و 2550 متر (ماه‌پرویز) واقع در حوزه شهرستان بویراحمد نمونه‌برداری شد. سپس 16 صفت کمی و کیفی مربوط به خصوصیات مورفولوژیک برگ و میوه اندازه‌گیری شد. از بین پارامترهای مورد مطالعه، صفات طول پهنک، طول دمبرگ، عرض پهنک در 1/0 و 9/0 طول برگ، حداکثر عرض پهنک، طول نسبی دمبرگ، شکل برگ، سطح برگ و قطر بزرگ و کوچک میوه در بین جمعیت‌های مختلف تفاوت معنی‌داری را با یکدیگر نشان دادند. تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی نشان داد که صفاتی مانند حداکثر عرض پهنک، طول پهنک برگ، وزن خشک برگ، زاویه نوک برگ و سطح ویژه برگ بیشترین نقش را در گروه‌بندی ایفا کردند. همچنین صفات زاویه نوک برگ، وزن خشک برگ و سطح برگ دارای بیشترین ضریب تغییرات بودند. نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل تشخیصی نشان داد که صفات شکل برگ و قطر بزرگ میوه صفات تأثیرگذار در جداسازی جمعیت‌ها بودند. به‎طور کلی از صفات شکل قاعده برگ و قطر بزرگ میوه که در برابر تغییرات محیطی تغییرپذیری کمتری دارند می‌توان به‎عنوان صفات مناسبی برای شناسایی و تفکیک ژنوتیپ‌های گونه گلابی وحشی استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {تجزیه چند متغیره,جنگل‌های زاگرس,صفات مورفولوژیک,گلابی وحشی}, url = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_109830.html}, eprint = {https://ijrfpbgr.areeo.ac.ir/article_109830_09d60d24a69e4cc00376362cfd40221a.pdf} }
